Thanks

We don’t expect thanks from the children and the families that the Sam Pilcher Trust supports as we know only too well that for the parents, their child’s condition is mainly the only thing on their minds. However, when we do it is very much appreciated. Please find below a copy of an email we have just received from the mother of a 16 year old patient who is undergoing treatment for a brain tumour. We have not shown the name to preserve anonymity:

Hi Terasa,
Due to your fundings and the money C had already saved she was able to purchase an Apple MacBook Pro. This has already helped her with revision towards her GCSEs and will hopeful in the future contribute to her further studies.
She is overwhelmed by your support and we can not thank you enough.
Many thanks,
S x
